Sam's is available to anyone aged 16yrs plus and no longer in school education. Mental health peer support is available for people noticing a difference with wellbeing, experiencing challenges, emotions, suicidal thoughts...

-Sam's is one to one mental health support...not a group support.

-You are welcome to visit for more information, or a look at the space.

-There is no need for an appointment.

-You are welcome to attend with someone.

-The Sam's team will support you to explore what is important for you, offering peer support and resources for wellbeing.

The team at Sam's Fife are employed peer workers with SAMH (the Scottish Action for Mental Health), a Scottish wide charity offering mental health support within the communities of Scotland.
