Scott is a leading yoga & spiritual teacher with a deep-rooted passion for all things wellbeing. Scott's unique approach draws on a fusion of ancient practices from different cultures and belief systems to form a systematic approach to emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Scott was named Favourite Wellness Influencer 2021 by Health & Wellbeing Magazine and is the founder of the award-winning Centre For Positive Change & Positive Change with Scott.
We’re delighted to officially announce that due to the positive impact it has had on the community since we started the free class in October 2022, our Meditation class will continue to be free for the whole of 2023 and beyond.
